Payment Processing. In order to process payments online we require the billing address for the credit card used. All payment details are collected on a secure server with secure socket layer encryption. We do not ever see your credit card details as these are processed by protx and HSBC bank.
When you place orders or access your account information, we use a secure server. The secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.
Will we share your information?
We do not share your data with anyone. We have to perform certain functions such as delivering orders, sending emails, analysing data, processing credit card payments via HSBC and providing customer services to process your order.
Any Plumbs employees who have access to your personal data are obliged to respect your confidentiality and take this responsibility very seriously.

In order to process and protect your credit card details, our payment page uses SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption. Payment processing is delivered by protx and HSBC bank and is fully compliant with the PCI directive. Plumbs staff do not see or have access to your credit card details, nor are these stored on our servers. Your details go directly to protx for authorisation. Protx has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). If we are going to use your personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify you via email, prior to making such changes. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information in this different manner. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice, before changes go into affect, on our web site notifying users of the change.
